Privacy
Privacy notice
Effective 27 April 2026
Scope
This notice describes what information akhaydarov.com collects, how it is used, and the rights of those who provide it. Use of the site signifies acceptance of this notice.
Information collected
Information you provide. When an inquiry is submitted via the contact form, the practice collects the name and email address required to respond, along with any project details written in the message. Optional fields — project type, location, indicative budget, indicative timeline — are stored only when provided.
Information collected automatically. Routine server logs record technical data (IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp) for the operation and security of the site. First-party analytics record aggregate page-view data. No third-party trackers are loaded; no advertising cookies are set.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate the fit for an engagement, and — if a relationship begins — coordinate the project. Server-log and analytics data is used to operate the site and improve its performance.
Sharing
Information submitted via the inquiry form is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Email is delivered in transit through a transactional email provider (Resend) and routes to a managed inbox (Fastmail); both providers process the message strictly to deliver it. Information may be disclosed where required by law, court order, or to defend the legal rights of the practice.
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained for the duration of the working relationship and a reasonable period afterward to maintain a record of the engagement. Aggregate analytics are retained without identifying detail; individual visit logs are not retained beyond ninety days.
Your rights
You may request access to the information held about you, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion. Requests are handled within thirty days of receipt. Write to support@akhaydarov.com.
Children
The site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen. The practice does not knowingly collect information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information may request deletion at the address above.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the site or the practice evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision; material changes will be flagged on the home page for a reasonable period.
