The site is published by Azizbek Khaydarov, a sole proprietor operating in Houston, Texas. The site is informational; nothing on it constitutes a binding offer of services. Engagements are formalized separately, in writing, on a per-project basis.

All content published on this site — drawings, renderings, photographs, written narratives, project descriptions, and visual identity — is the property of Azizbek Khaydarov unless otherwise credited, and is protected by copyright. Reproduction or redistribution of any portion of the site for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited. Personal reference, study, and citation are welcomed.

The practice provides architectural design services in a non-licensed capacity. Where a licensed architect of record is required for permitting or construction, the practice partners with a licensed professional appropriate to the jurisdiction. Any deliverable that names an architect of record will identify them by name and licence.

Information submitted through the inquiry form is handled in accordance with the Privacy notice. The practice may decline any inquiry without obligation. Submission of an inquiry does not establish a contractual relationship.

The site may, from time to time, link to external resources. The practice has no control over the content of those resources and accepts no responsibility for their availability or accuracy.

The site is provided as-is. Reasonable effort is made to keep its content accurate and current; no warranty is given as to completeness, fitness for any particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azizbek Khaydarov Architecture and its principal disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or reliance on its contents.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute arising from the use of this site will be brought in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
