What the practice offers.

Engagements are deep, deliberate, and design-led. Fewer projects, held for longer, resolved more carefully than is usual at this scale of practice. Each engagement begins at a fixed concept-phase fee, with subsequent phases proposed in writing as scope clarifies.

01

Residential Design

Private homes designed from the site outward. The work is slow, considered, and tightly coupled to material, light, and proportion. Every commission is treated as a single long conversation between landscape, client, and structure.

Includes site analysis, concept design, full schematic and design-development drawings, materials and finishes specification, coordination with structural and landscape consultants, and design review through construction. Visualization and 3D documentation are produced in-house at every phase.

Engagement length
Typical engagement: 16–28 weeks for design phases.

02

Interior Architecture

Full-floor renovations and ground-up interior architecture for residences, ateliers, and private workspaces. Interiors are treated as a discipline of proportion, not decoration — millimetre-precise drawings, careful material study, and a respect for what the existing structure already offers.

Includes existing-conditions survey, planning studies, full interior architectural drawings, custom millwork detailing, lighting design, finishes and hardware specification, and on-site review through completion. Furnishing strategy can be included or left to the client and their advisor.

Engagement length
Typical engagement: 10–20 weeks for design phases.

03

Commercial Spaces

Galleries, restaurants, retail, and small commercial buildings. The practice approaches commercial work with the same patience as residential — guest experience and brand expression are resolved through plan, light, and material before any decorative move is made.

Includes brief development, planning studies, full architectural drawings, FF&E and lighting specification, brand-architectural alignment, and design review through opening. Coordination with operators, brand teams, and consultants is included.

Engagement length
Typical engagement: 12–24 weeks for design phases.

04

Concept & Visualization

A concept-and-visuals package for developers, owners, and design teams. Useful at the earliest planning stages — feasibility, options testing, investor materials — or as a second opinion before a brief is locked.

Includes concept development, three to five iterative design studies, schematic plans and sections, and a curated set of high-resolution architectural visualizations suitable for client review and external communication.

Engagement length
Typical engagement: 4–8 weeks.

Not sure where you fit?

Most projects worth taking on don’t fit neatly. Write directly, describe the situation, and the right shape will become clear in the conversation.
