The practice
We design private homes, interiors, and small commercial spaces with an architectural temperament — slow, considered, and resolved at the scale of the detail.
The work is built around three concerns — the quality of light, the honesty of material, and the proportion of the room. Everything else follows from these.

Residential Design
Private homes designed from the site outward. The work is slow, considered, and tightly coupled to material, light, and proportion. Every commission is treated as a single long conversation between landscape, client, and structure.
Typical engagement: 16–28 weeks for design phases.

Interior Architecture
Full-floor renovations and ground-up interior architecture for residences, ateliers, and private workspaces. The practice treats interiors as a discipline of proportion, not decoration — millimetre-precise drawings, exhaustive material study, and a calm respect for what the existing structure already offers.
Typical engagement: 10–20 weeks for design phases.

Commercial Spaces
Galleries, restaurants, retail, and small commercial buildings. The practice approaches commercial work with the same patience as residential — guest experience and brand expression are resolved through plan, light, and material before any decorative move is made.

Concept & Visualization
For developers, owners, and design teams who need a clear, beautiful, defensible architectural concept and the visual material to communicate it. Useful at the earliest planning stages — feasibility, options testing, investor materials — or as an early-stage second opinion.

Approach
A house should ask less of the landscape, not more.
The practice begins each project with the same question: what does this site already give us, and what is the smallest, most precise intervention that lets that quality through?
The answer is rarely a building that announces itself. It is usually a building that listens — to the long horizontal of a field, the rake of late afternoon light through a stand of trees, the way a stone wall already on the site holds the eye.
Process
Four phases. A single arc.

Discover
A long first conversation. We walk the site, read the brief together, and pull apart the assumptions inside it.

Concept
Three or four design studies are tested against the brief, the site, and the budget. We meet weekly, refine in private, and converge on a single direction the client can argue for in the room with anyone.

Refine
The concept resolves into full architectural and interior drawings — every junction, every material, every dimension specified to a degree consultants and contractors can build from. This is where the design becomes precise without becoming rigid.
04
Deliver
The drawings are released, the contractor is engaged, and the practice stays on through construction — reviewing site work, mediating decisions, and protecting the design through the long final stretch where most projects lose their resolution..
