The brief
A full-floor renovation of a high-rise apartment. The original layout fragmented the view; the brief was to recover the horizon and let the city become the only ornament.

Design narrative
A single, continuous public room runs the length of the south facade — kitchen, dining, and living read as one composition, separated only by the rhythm of full-height oak panels. Service spaces and bedrooms are pulled to the north and rendered in a darker palette, so the house reads as a movement from quiet to open. Floors are a single oiled oak. Hardware is brushed bronze. Nothing competes with the city.
